The short answer
A concussion is a brain injury caused by a blow or jolt to the head or body. Most people recover with a period of relative rest followed by a gradual, symptom-guided return to activity. Rehab can also address the neck and balance problems that often accompany it.

We follow a stepwise, graded return-to-activity approach, assess the neck and balance systems, and coordinate with your physician on return-to-play decisions.
You can book any of these directly. We coordinate when you need more than one.
