These terms govern your use of apexmississauga.ca and your interactions with Apex Performance & Health ("Clinic," "we," "our"). By using this site or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. Clinical services

Services are provided by clinicians regulated by their respective colleges (College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, College of Chiropractors of Ontario, College of Massage Therapists of Ontario). All care is subject to clinical judgment and informed consent obtained at each visit.

2. Appointments + cancellations

A minimum 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the session rate.

3. Information on this site

Content is for general information only and is not a substitute for individualized clinical advice. Nothing on this website creates a clinician-patient relationship; that begins only at your initial assessment.

4. Intellectual property

All site content — text, photography (including team photos), logos, and layout — is the property of Apex Performance & Health. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

5. Third-party links

We link to external resources like Jane App (booking), insurance providers, and regulatory colleges. We are not responsible for content or privacy practices on those external sites.

6. Limitation of liability

Except where prohibited by law, the Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. Clinical liability is addressed through provincial health-regulator frameworks and professional liability insurance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
