Treatment

How long is a typical treatment session?

Most sessions run 30-60 minutes depending on the service. Initial assessments are booked for up to 75 minutes so we can take a complete history and do a thorough exam.

Insurance & billing

Do you accept insurance coverage?

Yes — we work with most major insurance providers including extended health benefits. We can provide direct billing for many plans; we recommend checking your coverage details before booking.

Treatment

How many sessions will I need?

Treatment duration varies based on your condition, goals, and response to treatment. We discuss the plan after the initial assessment and give you regular progress updates.

Insurance & billing

Do I need a doctor's referral?

Physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy do not require a doctor's referral in Ontario. Some insurance plans may require one, so it's worth checking your benefits first.

Booking & logistics

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your insurance information, any relevant medical records or imaging, and wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Treatment

What's the difference between physiotherapy and chiropractic?

Physiotherapy focuses on rehabilitation through exercise, manual therapy, and movement education. Chiropractic emphasizes spinal adjustments and nervous-system function. Both help musculoskeletal issues; an initial assessment will match you to the right fit.

Treatment

Can I see multiple practitioners for the same issue?

Yes — we often recommend a multidisciplinary approach. Combining chiropractic with massage therapy or physiotherapy can accelerate recovery. Our clinicians coordinate notes so your care is consistent.

Treatment

Do you treat sports injuries?

Sports injury management is one of our specialties. We work with athletes of every level, from weekend warriors to elite competitors, including ACL rehab, shoulder injuries, running injuries, and concussions.

Treatment

Can you help with chronic pain?

Yes. We specialize in chronic pain management using evidence-based approaches: manual therapy, exercise prescription, and pain education to help you manage and reduce pain over time.

Insurance & billing

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and direct insurance billing for most providers. Direct billing saves you the out-of-pocket front, where your plan allows it.

The process

How to book your first appointment

Five steps. About ten minutes end-to-end. Online booking runs 24/7 via Jane App; phone bookings go through the front desk during clinic hours.

  1. 1

Pick your service — or let us match you

Choose physiotherapy, chiropractic, RMT massage, kinesiology, or TCM. Not sure which fits? Call (905) 481-4972 and our front desk will match you to the right clinician based on your symptoms and goals.

  2. 2

Book online 24/7 through Jane App

Open our Jane App booking page, select your service and clinician, then pick any available time. You can also call us during clinic hours if you prefer.

  3. 3

    Complete intake forms in advance

Jane App emails you secure intake forms after booking — health history, consent, insurance details. Fill them in before your visit so your first 15 minutes are spent treating, not paperwork.

  4. 4

Bring what you need on the day

Bring your insurance card (for direct billing), any relevant imaging or medical records, and wear clothing that gives access to the area being treated. We are at 1020 Brevik Pl, Unit 5, Mississauga.

  5. 5

Meet your clinician for assessment + first treatment

Initial assessments run up to 75 minutes: full history, physical exam, diagnosis discussion, and the first round of treatment. You leave with a written plan, home exercises where relevant, and direct-billed receipts.
